IRISH POTATO PANCAKES

3T Minced Green Onion
2 pinches Sea Salt
2 pinches Cracked Black Pepper
½ cup + Flour
Dash Garlic
3 Large Eggs
3 Large Potatoes
1) Grate 3 large potatoes; mix
with minced green onion, sea salt, cracked black pepper, flour,
garlic and eggs. Add additional flour if mixture is too runny.
2) Add olive oil in a pan on the
stove. Add the potato mixture into the pan with a pancake-like
form/shape.
3) Cook pancakes ~5-6 minutes on
each side until golden brown.
HOW TO USE YOUR LEFTOVERS

Red Peppers
Green Peppers
Yellow Peppers
Chives
Polish Sausage
1) Chop up your left-over
pancakes and add to a pan with olive oil on the stove.
2) Add to pan a blend of the
vegetables and sausage above.
3) Heat until ready to serve.
